How to stay safe online this Holiday Season!

The holiday season is upon us, which unfortunately also means that it's the high season for cybercrime. Businesses are at a greater risk during this time as employees are being targeted with heightened amounts of phishing attacks.

Are your employees aware of the holiday phishing scams cybercriminals will be sending them?

Most common seasonal phishing scams:

  • Fake holiday schedules: Typically they appear to be from companies you work for or with and will often have malicious file attachments or links.

  • Fake order or tracking emails: Emails that appear to be from Amazon or another popular retailer, leading users to click without thinking because it looks identical to a real one.

  • CEO impersonated email: End of the year email that looks like it's coming from your CEO or manager as nearly every company is thinking about holiday bonuses, corporate gifts, and holiday greeting cards for customers.

Check out our infographic to learn how you can protect your business from these and other holiday phishing scams.
